融资租赁作为航空公司引进飞机、增加运力、调整机队结构的一种主要方式,已被世界各国航空公司所广泛采用。我国自1980年首次采用美国投资减税杠杆引进两架波音747SP飞机以来,至今已经积累了近30年的飞机融资租赁经验。中国经济与民航运输业的高速发展,为飞机等航空设备融资租赁市场提供了巨大的需求空间。随着中国大型客机国产化战略的持续推进,不论是从市场规模还是国家航空产业政策的角度,都会催生很多促进该行业发展的利好信息。在航空产业链中,航空租赁产业是沟通产业链上下游、联结实体经济与金融资本的平台,是航空经济生态系统的枢纽。通过这样一个完整的航空产业链的拉动,能够产生巨大的产业集群效应。本文认为,在未来的10年中,中国的航空金融租赁行业必将取得前所未有的高速发展。
本文首先对飞机租赁的基本概念和主要流程进行介绍,在此基础上运用因素分析法对我国开展飞机融资租赁的必然性进行分析;然后通过对国际主要飞机租赁方式的描述与对比,结合我国实际情况与飞机租赁交易金额大、持续时间长、相关风险因素复杂的特点,探讨我国开展飞机融资租赁的经营模式与风险防范策略。论文的新意主要在于首先对国际主流的飞机融资租赁方式进行了系统的分析与研究,并在此基础上结合中国当前的市场环境与政策特点,对开展国内飞机融资租赁的业务突破口、融资模式、交易结构等环节进行了探索。另外,本文还针对目前飞机租赁风险管理薄弱的现状,对主要风险因素进行了分析归纳,并以奇龙航空租赁有限公司(中国)飞机租赁为案例进行实证研究,提出了相应的风险防范对策和建议,具有一定实务操作性。

Research on the Business Model and Risk Management of Chinese Aircraft Financial Leasing
ABSTRACT
As the main way of purchase new aircraft and improvement fleet structure, aircraft leasing has been adopt by many airlines all over the world. The history of air finance leasing in our country is more than 30 years. The first attempt is introduced two 747SP by American Investment Tax Credit Leveraged Lease in 1980. The high speed development of Chinese economy and air transportation give great chance to air financial market, such as aircraft and engine leasing. In ing years, as the strategy of Chinese-made large passenger aircraft project continued, there must be many benefit information in aircraft leasing market and industry policy to promote an unprecedented high speed growth in Chinese financial leasing.
In this paper, firstly we give a brief introduction of the basic concepts and major processes of aircraft leasing, than we used the SWOT to carry out the feasibility analysis of aircraft leasing in Chinese market. The main novelty of this paper is the systematic analysis and research on international mainstream way of aircraft finance lease, and based on bination of China's current market environment and policy characteristics, conducting our aircraft financial leasing model,
