摘要:高等职业教育要想有大的发展,须借鉴国外发达国家在高职教育中的成功经验,转
变教育观念,明确培养目标和完善课程体系,通过分析国外高职教育人才培养模式和我国高
职教育面临的问题,提出了我国高职教育改革的方法,学习借鉴国外先进职教理念,办出自
己的特色,这样才能使我国高职教育更快、更健康的发展。

Abstract: Developing our high education further,we should not only renew our educational sense,
but also correct the imperfections such as training aim and designing scientific courses
analysing foreign vocational education training model and the problems of higher
vocational education in China, some reform methods are proposed. we learn foreign advanced
concepts of Vocational education and make our Uniques. So our Higher vocational education shoud
development faster and more healthy.

1 国外合作院校在高职教育办学上的特点:
笔者通过对美国、英国、法国、德国、澳大利亚、日本等发达国家的高职教育人才培养
模式、技术及能力特征的研究分析,总结出了发达国家高职教育的做法及主要特点:
发达国家高职教育办学形式灵活多样
,普遍规定学生完成高中阶段教育即具备了入学资格,不进行统一招生
考试选拔录取。,为经济发展及人才培养目标服务。美国的高等职业技术教育分
两个层次,是两年学制,可得副学士学位;另一个是四年学制,可得学士学位。前者由社区
教育学院承担,目标是培养学生懂得并运用工程、科学或数学的基本原理和知识。在科学或
其它的技术领域中当技术员或从事半职业性工作。后者由工业大学中的技术学院承担,前两
年完成副学士学位课
