文档介绍：西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1页摘要城市蔓延作为城市空间扩张中的一种不良现象,最早出现在上世纪二三十年代的美国,二战后得到了广泛的发展。城市蔓延导致了大量的资源能源的消耗,生态环境的严重破坏,以及对机动车的依赖性增强,危害了人体的健康与安全,严重威胁到了城市可持续发展。成都作为我国西部特大型中心城市,近年来城市空间扩张迅速,城市蔓延现象出现。本文以成都为研究对象,从成都城市蔓延现象测度和成本分析出发,通过综合研究,重点探讨了成都城市蔓延的形成机理,并在此基础上提出了一些控制成都城市蔓延的措施建议,研究结果表明: (1)成都自上世纪九十年代以来,城市蔓延逐渐成长,并随着西部大开发政策的倾斜和房地产市场的热潮进入到高速发展阶段。城市蔓延的出现增加了成都城市发展的经济、环境和社会三大成本,具体表现为公共投入及私人成本增加、土地使用效率降低、耕地面积连年减少、环境污染严重、气候变化显著、交通状况恶化、公共安全性降低、社会隔离加剧,严重影响到了成都城市进一步可持续发展。(2)成都城市蔓延存在着7个方面的机理,具体表现为城市自然地理基础的影响、经济快速发展的影响、交通的影响、房地产发展的影响、信息技术发展的影响、行政区划调整以及土地、城市规划制度的影响。(3)要有效地调控成都的城市蔓延,需要从意识、制度和具体操作层面出发,强调可持续发展的意识、走“内涵式”增长发展道路、优化空间布局、正确引导房地产发展、营造可持续发展城市交通格局,同时创新和完善土地制度与城市规划制度。关键词:成都;城市空间扩展;城市蔓延西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1I页 Abstract Urban sprawl as abad phenomenon intheurbanspatialexpanding,1 urred in America during ,and got aquick development afterthe world war sprawl depletes lots of resource,destroys environment,makes developments more traffic-dependent,and harms the healthandsecurity ofhuman body,seriously threatsthe sustainable development ofurban.
