文档介绍：MBA学位论文作者:齐胜利精益生产在PLES公司的应用研究中文摘要随着全球经济的快速发展,飞利浦照明电子(上海)有限公司(简称PLES), 与其它大多数企业一样,逐渐进入了“微利”时代。在“微利”的发展阶段, 选择既能满足质量要求,又能降低成本且快速满足顾客需求的精益生产管理方式,成为了企业界的一种普遍追求。本论文在研究过程中主要采用了现场调研、问卷调查、专家访谈、统计分析、流程分析、综合评价、持续改进等研究方法。首先阐述了精益生产的具体含义,企业生产方式的变革和精益思想的起源、发展状况;论述了准时化(JIT) 生产系统;论述了精益生产系统和精益生产技术体系:论述了精益生产与企业核心竞争力的关系。在对PLES公司生产管理现状具体分析的基础之上,得出结论,精益生产在PLES工厂的推行有利于公司核心竞争力的提升。再结合工厂中的实际生产情况,针对性的制定出精益生产在工J-一实施的总体设计方案,并根据精益生产的具体方面进行详细的研究和设计,如标准化作业、看板管理、关键绩效评估指标以及目视化管理等。将精益生产总体设计方案运用到工厂的具体实施之中并加以控制,以精益生产在生产车间的推行为案例进行详细的改善方案介绍。对精益生产在交货期、成本控制以及质量提升等方面的具体改善效果进行分析和探究,并在此基础之上提出进~步的改善方案。PLES公司通过精益生产的推广,通过运用精益思想,利用精益工具对车间现场进行持续的改善, 在提升按时交货率,缩短生产周期、提升产品质量、改善生产效率、提升生产安全等方面取得了很好的成绩,赢得了客户的信赖。精益生产的实质是追求效率经济,适合一般企业。论文的结果可以为PLES 公司提高经济效率提供指导,也可以为其它企业提供借鉴。关键词:精益生产,及时化生产,飞利浦 MBA学位论文作者:齐胜利精益生产在PLES公司的应用研究 ABSTRACT With therapid development ofglobal econom5 Philips Lighting Electronics(Shanghai) pany(abbreviation PLES),and most oftheotherenterprises,has gradually entered the era of”small profit”.
