摘要:建设工程工程量清单是是建设工程招投标工作中，由招标人按国家统一的工程量计算规则提供工程数量，由投标人自主报价，并按照经评审低价中标的工程造价计价模式。表示的是实行工程量清单计价的建设工程的分部分项工程项目、措施项目、其它项目、规费项目和税金项目的名称和相应的数量。招标人必须根据招标文件的要求、施工图纸、施工现场的要求、按照《建设工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-2009）并按统一的项目编码、项目特征、项目名称、计算规则、计量单位编制建设工程的全部工程项目和内容的工程量清单表格。本次工程包括建筑工程、装饰装修工程、电气工程、给排水工程。工程量清单编制及投标报价的编制是在工程施工图设计完成后，以单位工程为对象，对工程进行工程造价的计算和确定。
