【摘要】梅毒是由梅毒螺旋体引起的一种性传播疾病，是一种全身性慢性传染病。笔者为了了解在延边地区妇女中梅毒的流行情况，有针对性地开展预防与控制工作，从2006年4月~2007年9月，就到我院来就诊的4393例妇女，进行了梅毒血清学检查。调查中发现37例孕产妇梅毒感染者中18例是临产患者，这些人竟然不知道自己是梅毒感染者，这说明延边地区妇女对梅毒疾病知识浅薄，自我防病意识差，应引起高度重视。

【Abstract】The syphilis is one kind of dissemination disease which syphilitic spirochaeta (spirochetes spirochaeta pallida causes by, is one kind of whole body chronicity infectious disease. The author in order to understand in the Yanbian area woman the syphilis popular situation, has pointed carries out the prevention and the control work, from April, 2006 ~2007 year in September, arrives 4,393 examples women which my courtyard receives a medical examination, has carried on the syphilis serology inspection. In the investigation discovered in 37 examples pregnant women syphilis infection 18 examples are in labor the patient, these people unexpectedly did not know oneself is the syphilis infection, this explained the Yanbian area woman is superficial to the syphilis disease knowledge, oneself prevents disease consciousness difference, should cause highly takes.
