文档介绍:苏州大学硕士学位论文 LD公司绩效管理研究姓名:周丹申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:孙永正 201109 LD公司绩效管理研究中文摘要中文摘要当今,在信息科技迅速发展的社会中,企业之间的竞争突出表现为人才的竞争,但是从制约人才使用的关键因素看,其实是企业绩效管理运作体系的竞争。以雷曼兄弟银行破产和全球最大保险公司AIG严重财务危机为代表的华尔街金融风暴的出现,刺激了人们再次将视野转向企业的绩效管理。高效的绩效管理体系能够将企业的经营目标转化为详尽的、可测量的标准;能将企业宏观的营运目标细化到员工的具体工作职责;能用量化的指标追踪跨部门的、跨时段的绩效变化; 能及时发现问题,分析实际绩效表现达不到预期目标的原因;对企业的关键能力和不足之处做到一目了然;能为企业经营决策和执行结果的有效性提供有效支持信息;能鼓励团队合作精神;能为制定和执行员工激励机制提供工具。本文以国内外绩效管理体系的研究成果、绩效管理和绩效考评方法为理论研究的基础而开展,综合运用了文献综述法、问卷调查法和深度访谈法来研究分析 LD公司绩效管理现状;分析判断了存在的诸多问题,如缺乏有明确导向的绩效考核理念,考核指标的制定针对性不强,考核制度不健全,缺少绩效辅导环节,考核结果的应用不充分,对绩效考核结果沟通的力度不大等。并且针对这些问题进行了原因分析,提出了基于本公司现状的绩效管理优化建议,希望能对民营企业的绩效改进起到一定的借鉴作用。关键词:LD公司;企业运营;绩效管理作者:周丹指导教师:孙永正垒坠!!苎壁!塾竺!!!!苎!!塾竺!墼垡竺!竺兰翌!竺竺兰竺苎坚!竺!坐!翌三=里 The research ofperformance management inLD Abstract Today, in a society in which has the rapid development ofinformation technology,petition between theenterprises hasfocus on petition for thetalents,however, fromthebottom petitionrelationships between theenterprises, we can see that isactually petition forthe effective performance management operation with thebankruptcy ofLehman brotherand the appearance ofAIG serious financial crisisinthe one ofthelargest panies, moreand more people are again keepingan eye on theenterprise Efficientperformancemanagementsystem can transfer the business objectives intodetailed,measurable standards;Can hemacro target ofenterprise tothe concrete work ofstaffduties;Can use quantitative indextracking cross department,the period ofperformance change;Can help tofindtheproblems timely andanalyzing the actualperformance thatwhy itisbeyond theexpectation;Can getan effectiveinformation about thekeyability andhedeficienciesofenterprise.
