I am also feeling grateful to my friends and parents for their sincerely encouragement and valuable suggestions. 摘要: 所谓企业文化就是指企业在解决自身的生存与发展问题过程中形成的有效而并共同遵守与维护的基本理念,认识,价值观念和准则。理解了企业的文化之后,想必我们对于温州企业文化也就有所了解了。我们都知道温州的鞋子和眼镜现在做的很好,不仅在国内的市场上有了很好的发展,现在好多品牌已经走出世界,那么温州的商人怎么作到的,他们是如何一步步走的今天的哪,在这个过程中他们有没有什么值得我们去学****和探讨的呢?毫无疑问答案是肯定的。我们为什么要来分析温州的企业文化呢?当然,我们知道随着科技的发展,中小企业作为一支伟大的力量异军突起,在国民生产总值中年年高升, 中小企业将会作为一支雄厚的力量继续为中国经济的发展增光添彩。今天我们只所以要研究温州的中小企业就是希望真正了解他们的特点企业经营理念,组织规章制度,企业的人本管理理念从而为其他地区的中小企业的发展起到模范带头作用,使它们在自身经营理念的基础上,不断学****吸取温州企业的优点,更好的完善自己。关键词:私营企业,温州,经济发展,管理理念 Abstract :The so-called corporate culture refers to the effective basic concepts ,knowledge ,values and norms forming in the process of solving the their own survival and understanding the corporate culture ,presumably we will have understood wenzhou's corporate know that lots of fields is popular in the domestic and international markets including shoes,glass and shoes how they open the international markets and how wenzhou's products develop step by step ?
