农村小学英语教学的问题与对策研究--以一所农村小学为个案

摘要
小学英语课程的普遍开设,旨在让学生学习外语的黄金时期接受正规的训
练,为以后的进一步学习打下良好的基础。但是大多数的农村学校是在师资和教
学资源匮乏的情况下开设的英语课,这就使得农村小学的英语教学出现了一些问
题。正是基于此,本文以一所农村小学为个案进行研究,综合运用了观察、访谈、
问卷调查等方法对该小学英语教学现状进行分析,指出存在的问题并分析原因,
最后提出改进英语教学的对策建议。
本研究认为英语教学中存在以下问题:英语师资力量薄弱,大部分英语教师
是非英语专业毕业的,自身缺乏英语教育教学的能力;课堂教学方法单一;忽视
对学生英语学习兴趣的培养;课堂中有效的师生互动不足;教学资源短缺,教师
缺乏整合能力;校长、家长重视不够;教学评价方法不合理等。
在对上述问题进行分析的基础上,我们就如何改进农村小学英语教学提出了
相关对策与建议,主要包括:高度重视农村小学英语教学;加强农村地区小学英
语教师队伍建设;通过校本教研提升英语教师课堂教学能力;重视对英语课程资
源的开发和利用;加大对农村小学英语教学问题的研究与指导;建立城市-农村
学校对口支援模式,整体促进农村小学英语教学水平提高等。

Abstract
The intention of the setting of English course in primary school is to make
students receive regular training in the optimal period, and have a better basis in
English learning in future. But most rural schools start English course in the absence
of teachers and teaching resources, which results in some problems in English
teaching in rural primary school. On the basis of the analysis, we make a research by a
case of a rural primary school. We have analyzed the current situation of English
teaching in the primary school by the observation, interview and questionnaire, etc.
We have pointed out the existent problems and analyzed the reason. At the same time
we have put forward some suggestions on perfecting English teaching.
In the research, we have found that: English teachers’ potency is not
English teachers are not English major and they are lack of the ability
in English education and teaching; classroom teaching methods are single; teachers
ignore cultivating students’ English learning interest in teaching; it is not enough in
the teacher-student effective interaction; teaching resources are short and the teachers
are lack of the integrating ability; headmaster and students’ parents don’t attach
importance to English teachin
