For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write an essay about the impact of information explosion by referring to the saying “a wealth of information creates a poverty of attention”. You can give examples to illustrate your point and then explain what you can do to avoid being distracted by irrelevant information. You should write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words.

一、评分标准
2分（2-4）条理不清，思路紊乱，语言支离破碎或大部分句子均有错误，且多数为严重错误。
5分（5-7）基本切题。表达思想不清楚，连贯性差。有较多的严重语言错误。
8分（8-9）基本切题。有些地方表达思想不够清楚，文字勉强连贯；语言错误相当多，其中有一些是严重错误。
11分（11-13）切题。表达思想清楚，文字连贯，但有少量语言错误。
14分（14-15）切题。表达思想清楚，文字通顺，连贯性好。基本上无语言错误，仅有个别小错。
(注: 白卷, 作文与题目毫不相关, 或只有几个孤立的词而无法表达思想,则给0分。)

评分原则： Global Scoring
启示：转变思路，四级作文不要写的过于随意，完全按自己的意图来写，而是应该揣测阅卷老师喜欢看到什么养的文章。
阅卷老师喜欢的文章的特点：
字迹工整，卷面清晰，结构明晰，
句式复杂，词汇多变，语言闪光，
紧扣提纲，论证充分，字数合理。
应该用一些能够显示、证明自己英语水平的句子或词语

语言第一位（句式多变+词汇升级）
结构第二位（三段论，总分总原则，123原则，关联词eg. In addition, moreover, furthermore, however, whereas）
内容第三位(围绕主题进行论证，不跑题即可，不需要创新)
