含氟共聚物的合成及其对环氧涂料改性的研究
摘要
以丙烯酸全氟烷基乙酯(FA),甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA),苯乙烯(St)为原料,采用自由
基乳液法制备出带有环氧基团的三元无规共聚物,考察了单体投料比对共聚物组成的影响。
通过溶液共混法将制备的三元含氟共聚物用于环氧涂料的改性,考察了共聚物加入量、溶剂种类及
用量对涂层疏水性能的影响,制备了具有优异疏水性能的高性能环氧涂料。通过对 5 种不同种类环氧涂
料改性,结果发现改性后涂层的疏水性均得到了不同程度的提高,其中碳系填料的改性环氧涂层与水的
接触角可从 64°提高到 131°;表面能从 -1下降到 -1;吸水率由改性前的 %下降
到改性后的 %。
对改性环氧涂料在润湿环境下的疏水性进行了研究,结果表明不带有环氧基团的含氟共聚物改性环
氧涂层经水浸泡48小时以后接触角下降了48°为88°,%;带有环氧基团的
含氟共聚物改性环氧涂层经蒸馏水浸泡48小时后接触角下降了仅15°为116°,表面氟元素含量下降了
%。共聚物中环氧基团的引入极大地提高了改性环氧涂层在湿润条件下的环境稳定性。
环氧涂层的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能测试结果表明,在没有改变环氧树脂力学性能的前提下,涂层的
耐腐蚀性和耐水性得到了大幅度提高。含氟共聚物的引入,降低了环氧涂层的表面能,从而改善了环氧
涂层的疏水性,提高了耐腐蚀能力。

SYNTHESIS OF FLUORINATED COPOLYMER AND ITS
APPLICATION IN EPOXY COATING
ABSTRACT
A hydrophobic copolymer P(FA-co-GMA-co-St) was prepared by Free radicals emulsion
polymerization and the effects of monomer feed ratio on the copolymer was studied.
The hydrophobic epoxy coating was prepared by blending copolymers. Five different types
of epoxy resin was modified and find that the hydrophobicity of all the coatings was significantly
enhanced. Contact angle of modified epoxy coating was increased from64° to 131° and surface
energy dropped from -1 to -1. Water absorption of the coating was %
before modified and dropped to % after modified by the copolymer.
The surface reconstruction of modified epoxy coating in the wet condition was also studied.
The result showed that contact angle of non-epoxy fluorinated copolymers modified coating
sharply decreased by 48° to 88° after 48h exposure in water and the surface fluorine element
reduced by %. The contact angle of epoxy fluorinated copolymer modified coating
decreased by 15° to 116° after 48h exposure in water and the surf
