文档介绍:平顶山工学院毕业设计论文 1 摘要本文针对 PLC 在六层电梯控制系统中的应用,设计了以 PLC 为主控制器,采用变频调速系统和集选控制方式来实现六层电梯的基本功能。本设计采用三菱 PLC — FX2N-80MR 机控制,用软件来实现对电梯运行的自动控制。电梯具有完整的开关门控制系统、内外呼梯系统、故障报警及显示、消防运行功能和安全回路系统,可靠性大大提高。控制系统结构简单,外部线路简化,另外还可方便地改变控制功能。提高了电梯运行的安全性,并便于检修。与此同时,还选用了安川公司的通用变频器 VS — 616G5 对电梯曳引主机进行变频调速。由于这种变频器采用了先进的 SPWM 技术并具有自学习功能,同时通过合理的参数设置、软件设计和编程,同样可以达到专用变频器的控制效果,因此,它以优异的调速性能、起制动性能、高效率和较好的节能效果及广泛的适用范围, 从而明显改善了电梯运行的质量和性能,使电梯调速范围广、控制精度高、动态性能好,舒适、安静、节能,几乎可与直流调速电梯媲美。关键词: PLC 控制电梯变频调速安全性舒适感平顶山工学院毕业设计论文 2 ABSTRACT This paper PLC in the six-storey elevator control system, the application was designed to PLC-based controller, Using variable frequency system and set the election method to achieve control ofa six-storey elevator's basic functions The design of the Mitsubishi PLC-FX2N-80MR machine control software to achieve the operation of the elevator control.
