摘要
注塑模具是模具工业的重要组成部分,也在很大程度上反映了一个。随着CAD/CAE/CAM技术的应用,注塑模具的设计和制造有了突破性的进步,大大提高了模具的质量和生产效率。
本次设计以手机外壳为研究对象,基于Pro/E和Moldflow软件对塑件进行模型与分型面创建以及模流分析。在此基础上本文主要研究以下几个方面:
首先,介绍ABS的成型工艺,分析手机外壳的工艺特点。然后利用Pro/E软件设计分型面和模架。再利用Moldflow进行最佳浇注位置、流动、翘曲、冷却等分析,并对结构进行工程变更。接下来对模具的成型零件进行结构分析及计算,并对模具的工作原理进行简单介绍。最后,通过相关分析和计算完成对手机外壳注射模具的设计。

Abstract
Injection molding is an important part of development of mold industry. And it also reflects the level of one country’s industry. With the application of molding CAD/ CAE/CAM,Injection mold design and manufacturing has made breakthrough progress . Greatly improved mold quality and production efficiency.
The mould design with the mobile phone cover for research object,designed model and the parting surface based on Pro/E and optimized the analysis of mould based on Moldflow software. Based on this, this paper mainly studies the following several aspects:
Firstly, Introduced the characteristics of the forming process of ABS material; and analyzed the characteristics of process on the mobile phone cover. Then, using Pro/E designed the parting surface and the standard formwork. And using Moldflow determined the best location of the region, flow analysis ,warping analysis, and cooling analysis etc, and by optimizing the parameters obtained reasonable results, engineering change was done. After that , analyzed and calculated the structure of the mold forming part, and simply introduced the working principle of the mould. Finally, based on the correlation analysis and the calculation , the mobile phone cover injection mould design pleted.
