摘要
本次的毕业设计是手机外壳的注塑模的设计,该模具有重量轻、耐腐蚀老化、使用寿命长,制作方便、价格低廉等特点
本课题采用Pro/E软件和CAD对手机外壳及模具进行了三维造型和模架选取,采用Pro/E的数值模拟技术和经验设计计算相结合的方法优化设计。该设计通过对多种相似塑件的模具结构参考,设计的是ABS塑件,采用的是一模双腔注射。该产品采用侧浇口注射和组合是式型腔设置。依据产品的数量和塑料的工艺性能确定了以单分型面注塑模的方式进行设计。。由于塑件的工艺性能要求注塑模中有冷却系统,因此在模具设计中也进行了设计。本次的设计中参考了大量的文献,还在互联网上查找资料,设计过程比较完整

Abstract
The design is the cell phone case graduated from the injection mold design, the mold is light weight, corrosion-resistant aging, insulation, production convenience, low prices, and other characteristics.
The product and mold of the cell phone case was 3D designed and mold-base by Pro/E software and CAD. An optimized design was made by numerical simulation techniques of Pro/E and experience. According to the product quantity and the plastic handicraft function have ascertained that to be allotted a type only producing plastic articles by injection moulding face to face, the model way carries out use the ABS as the raw the pieces of plastic injection mold of performance requirements in the cooling system, in the mold design have also carried out in the design.
