摘 要
在金融危机席卷全球的背景下,吉利以18亿美元的价格跨国并购了沃尔沃汽车包括 知识产权在内的全部股权。本文通过展开对这一轰动全国,乃至世界的跨国并购案的机遇 与挑战的分析,从而探讨吉利应对诸多挑战应采取的对策。吉利首先应该想办法降低每辆 车的生产成本,使沃尔沃摆脱连年亏损的境地,然后再全面打开中国市场,使沃尔沃有盈 利的可能,但同时必须还要顾及沃尔沃原有的高端品质和中国与瑞典的文化差异等问题, 从根本上留住沃尔沃的核心人才,消化掉其高端技术。现在看来,吉利跨国并购沃尔沃之 后虽然仍存在很多不确定因素,但从吉利官方对各种质疑的表态中,我们不难看出吉利已 经做好了应对挑战的各项准备。希望吉利的跨国并购之路可以走的越来越远,也越来越平 坦。

ABSTRACT
In the background of the financial crisis sweeping the globe, Geely with 18 billion dollars for the price of transnational M & A for Volvo9s equity, including intellectual property. This paper started on this sensational country, even the world's cross-border M & A opportunities and challenges of the analysis to address the many challenges of Geely countermeasures to be taken. Geely should first try to reduce the production cost per vehicle, so that successive loss of the Volvo out of position, and then fully open the Chinese market, Volvo has profit potential, it must also take into account the original Volvo the high quality and cultural differences between China and Sweden, and other issues, a fundamental core of talent to keep Volvo and absorb the high-end technology. It now appears that lucky after M & A Volvo although there are still many uncertain factors, but Geely official statement made by a variety of questions, we can easily see that Geely has already done the deal with the challenges of the various preparations. Hope that Geely's transnational M & A channel of road can go farther and farther, also more and more smooth.
