文档介绍:重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要摘要随着我国经济和建筑业的发展,2001年建设部明确将建筑业企业划分为施工总承包企业、专业承包企业和劳务企业三个层次,计划逐步建立与市场经济和WTO 规则相适应的“金字塔”形的总分包体系。由于劳务企业的出现,应构建与之相适应的新型建设工程劳务体系,只有这样才能更好地保护建筑劳务人员的合法利益, 促进建筑劳务企业的发展,促进建筑业的协调发展和维护社会的稳定。本文通过对目前建筑劳务体系现状的分析,提出了研究的背景、意义、基本框架和方法,运用比较研究和调查研究等方法,研究了建筑劳务体系中的重要因素:如劳务企业资质管理制度、市场准入制度、举报制度、处罚制度、监督制度; 劳务合同、劳动合同、工资;工伤保险、医疗保险;安全卫生设施;劳务信息平台;劳务培训;国内建筑劳务输转;对外建筑劳务输出;建筑劳动定额等,最后对整个论文的研究工作进行了总结。关键词:劳务体系,信息平台,劳务输转,劳务输出重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要 With thedevdopment ofeconomy andconstructionof OUr country,Ministry of -Com鲥iuction ******@construction enterprises intothree levelsof labor service ;enterprises withgeneralcontractingenterprise ofconstruction,professional contracting enterprise clearly in2001,andMinistry of Construction plans to s既up the total subcontracting systemof”Pyramid”shape suitable formarketeconomy and WTO rule of theappearance oflabor service enterprises,We should structure thenew-type constructionproject laborservicesystem toprotect thelegitimate interestsofthe laborservice personnel ofthebuilding inthiswayand topromote the development of laborservicaeenterpriseof thebuilding,b酊ng aboutan coordinated development inconstructionand safeguard thestability ofthesociety.
