浅谈电子商务环境下会计发展趋势
摘 要
电子商务是通过电子方式，在网络基础上实现商品物资、人员信息的协调而产生的商业贸易活动。其范围相当广泛：电子邮件、电子数据交换、增值网、快速反应系统、电子转账、交易事务处理、联机服务、智能卡、电子监视、多媒体导购等。电子商务的发展为各种新的更加高效的会计模式提供了广阔的空间和可能，也给传统会计模式和实务带来了许多始料不及的冲击。本文首先从会计理论、会计信息系统等方面，较详细地论述了电子商务对传统会计的影响，最后对电子商务环境下会计发展的新趋势进行了论述。

ABSTRACT
E-commerce is by electronic means, to achieve the network on the basis of goods and materials, personnel coordination of information generated by business and trade activities. Its range is quite extensive: e-mail, electronic data interchange, value-added network, rapid response systems, electronic funds transfer, transaction transaction processing, online services, smart cards, electronic surveillance, and other multimedia shopping guide. Provided a broad space and possibly also to the traditional accounting models and practices brought many unexpected impact of e-business for a variety of new and more efficient accounting. Firstly, in terms of accounting theory, accounting information systems, discussed in more detail the impact of electronic commerce on the traditional accounting, the last of the new trends in the development of e-commerce environment accounting are discussed.
