在本论文中阐述了药品销售管理系统这个软件开发的全过程，，我们在设计的过程 中主要分了如下几大模块：系统的登录与注册、系统与帐户管理、进货管理、库存管理、 患者信息管理、信息查询与统计和报表打印。前两大模块是对系统的信息进行设置以及 用户使用本系统的权限等；进货管理模块是对进货的各项信息进行进行管理，是在药品 管理中对外连接的桥梁；库存管理模块是内部整个管理的核心，也为进货和销售管理提 供信息；药品的销售管理采用信息化管理，有效的降低了企业的运营成本，增加企业效 益；药品的退货管理这与销售管理联系最为密切，既方便了诊所的管理，又给购物者退 货提供了方便；在后两个模块中用户可对系统的相关操作信息进行查看，统计和打印。
通过对Delphi不断的研究和学****就可以在Delphi7. 0的血向对象的程序设计环境 下开发此程序。西医诊所管理系统这个软件的开发后台使用是Microsoft Office Access 建立数据库。做好需求分析和概要设计等来对本系统做好开发前的认真准备，这才会开发出一 个满足用户需求的应用程序。
