【摘要】：单价合同与总价合同是合同价款支付的两种不同计价方式，本文通过阐述单价合同与总价合同的定义直观展示了它们的特点、使用条件和存在价值。本文根据江苏省相关建筑规范及法规文件和GB50500-2013建设工程工程量清单计价，阐明了合同中约定价款调整方式的重要性。同时本文还通过各种案例综合结合清单规范分析了价款结算对于甲乙双方的利害关系，以相关法律条文及表格等形式定性给出结论。

Analysis of fixed price contract with fixed price contract price adjustment
