文档介绍:直流电机数字调速系统设计摘要直流脉宽调速系统,是采用脉冲宽度调制的高频开关控制方式,形成的脉宽调制变换器——直流电动机调速系统,简称直流 PWM 调速系统。全数字控制系统是以微处理器为核心的数字控制系统,简称微机数字控制系统。目前流行的方案是采用由数字电路组成的大规模集成电路,加上大功率可关断器件组成直流脉宽调速系统( PWM ) ,进而发展成用单片机控制的功能更强的全数字微机控制的直流调速系统。本文针对国内外在这一领域的研究现状,详细分析了双极式控制的桥式可逆直流脉宽调速系统的工作过程, 以及直流 PWM 系统的原理和优缺点。在此基础上, 引入了直流 PWM 系统的转速、电流双闭环控制, 增强了控制性能。本文还介绍了 C8051 单片机在标准单片机基础上新增加的功能,以及将微处理系统与 LED 显示连接所必须的一种芯片— MAX7219 和驱动芯片 IR2110 。本文根据所给的电机参数,硬件方面制定出直流脉宽调速系统的主回路方案并进行了选型设计,结合 C8051 芯片和 MAX7219 芯片设计出全数字控制系统的电路原理图及 PCB 图。软件方面编制了单片机控制的各个子程序流程图。关键词: 直流电动机; C8051 单片机; 数字 PWM 控制; IGBT 。 DC Moter Digital Speed Adjustment System ABSTRACT The direct current pulse width modulating speed system adopts the high frequency switch control method with the pulse width modulation (PWM), es into being PWM converter ---direct current speed adjustment system, whose brief name is PWM direct current speed m odulat ion s ystem .
