摘 要
如今随着科技地不断进步与发展,人们的生活越发复杂化,信息的接收与发布已成为人类社会必不可少的组成部分。我们基于物业管理的基础上,让这个信息系统能在互联网上运行操作。实现对业主与物业信息的管理,实现更加快捷与全面的服务平台,而开发设计了小区物业内部管理操作平台。
首先,业主可以通过注册用户,实现报修投诉、充值缴费、修改密码、意见建议等操作。其次系统管理员管理几面主要包含:物业管理、信息统计、用户资料管理,信息添加、修改及删除。物业管理系统平台就是依附于JSP技术,采用SQL server 2005数据库完成了对业主、物业等信息的管理存储功能。
开发物业管理系统就是为了创建一个高效、全面、精细的服务平台,采用简易高性能的JSP与SQL server 2005数据库,开发设计了小区物业管理网站。物业管理平台主要实现了物业信息管理、用户信息管理、公共信息管理、平台运行管理等相关模块,这些模块与前台模块(概况浏览、公共信息查询、个人信息查询等)巧妙融合到一起,提高了服务水平与管理效率。同时该平台还通过了科学、专业的测试,系统实现了小区相关信息的接收与发布、业主信息管理、物业信息管理等功能。
物业管理系统可以根据实际生活中的个别情况,适度进行修改,一边更好的业主提供优质服务。本系统界面美观,操作简便,功能全面,运转稳定。
