当代大学生个人与集体利益观特征研究——对全国六省市481名

摘要
本研究从社会学的角度出发,运用社会化的理论,通过对全国六省市 481 名大
学生调查,描述了大学生个人利益观、集体利益观、个人与集体利益观的现状,并
运用统计方法分析了个人因素对大学生利益观的影响。
研究发现大学生认同个人利益地位的同时也认同集体利益地位,母亲的职业越
稳定的大学生倾向于重视集体利益,反之亦然;非独生子女较独生子女更重视个人
利益,独生子女较非独生子女更认同集体利益地位。当个人与集体利益摆在一起时
大学生都倾向于认同集体利益地位。
研究的结果表明:大学生不认同狭隘个人利益观,不认同极端集体利益观,当
代大学生的利益观是一种追求个人利益与集体利益相一致的利益观;当代大学生的
利益观是健康的,积极向上的。

Abstract
From the perspective of sociology ,The study starting from the socialization theory based
on the questionnaire investigation of 418 undergraduate students in China ,the article
describes the characteristics of undergraduate students’ interest view in individual,
collective, individual with collective dimensionality, and use statistical methods for
analyzing the relations of these variables.
The study found that undergraduate students identified the interests of the individual
with the interests of the collective with important. The stability of Mother’s occupation
made a plus relevant to the attitude of the interests of collective,vice versa. nonsingleton
thought more much of the interests of the individual than singleton, and singleton
thought more much of the interests of the collective than nonsingleton. But t hey all
regarded the interests of the collective more important than the interests of the individual.
Undergraduate students disapproved of the view of egomania, they disapproved of
the view of altruism too. Their view of interests was in pursuit of the interests of the
individual consistent with the interests of the collective. Undergraduate students’s view
about interests at the present day was healthy and positive.
