大学生压力应对人格量表的编制

摘要
目的:基于压力应对人格概念和压力应对人格结构的初步模型,编制《大学生
压力应对人格量表》,修正和完善压力应对人格的结构模型,并对当前大学生压力应
对人格的发展特点进行调查研究。
方法:在理论文献分析的基础上,根据大学生的日常心理行为反应,采用筛改
现成问卷的题项和自编题项相结合的方法,将现有的《压力应对人格形容词量表》
编制为包含 82 个题项的《大学生压力应对人格量表》的初始问卷。采用问卷调查法
对全国 13 所高校的 1357 名大学生进行调查,对所得数据进行探索性因素分析和验
证性因素分析,形成正式量表,修正压力应对人格结构模型,并对大学生压力应对
人格发展现状进行分析。
结果:
(1)大学生压力应对人格正式量表由 50 个题项组成,分为 7 个维度,分别为:
控制感(12 个)、才智(7 个)、情绪控制(8 个)、自主性(7 个)、坚韧性(6 个)、
外向性(5 个)和包容性(5 个);
(2)量表具有良好的信度和效度。总量表的 Cronbach’s Alpha 系数为 ,各
分量表α系数在 ~ 之间;验证性因素分析的结果显示各项指标拟合较好,
RMSEA=,NFI、NNFI、IFI、CFI 都在以上,说明量表结构效度良好;与
简化版大学生压力测量问卷的相关分析和实验法都表明量表具有较好的效标效度。
(3)学校、专业、性别、年级、是否独生子女、家庭所在地、家庭成长环境和
家庭教育方式等人口学变量在大学生压力应对人格总体或部分维度上存在显著性差
异。

Abstract
Objective: To develop the Scale of Stress Coping Personality (SCP) for college
students, construct its structure and research the development of college students’ stress
coping personality.
Methods: Based on the analysis of research literatures and college students’ daily
reactions both on mind and behavior, the primary scale of SCP was formulated by
changing items from the ready questionnaires and developing new items, which consisted
of 82 items. 1357 college students from 13 colleges were surveyed by the scale. According
to dealing with all the data by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,
administer the formal scale and revise the structure of the college students’ stress coping
personality.
Results:
(1) The formal scale of SCP consisted of 50 items and 7 factors, including controlling
(12 items), ability and wisdom (7 items), emotion-control (8 items), self-determination (7
items), hardiness(6 items), extroversion(5 items) and tolerance(5 items).
