文档介绍：I 摘要知识经济时代,社会对高层次人才的数量和质量都提出了更高的要求。当前的人才结构已经无法满足经济的发展要求,研究生不但需要研究高深的理论知识,而且需要学习更多实践性知识,研究生教育应该逐渐承担起培养应用型创新人才的重任。自2009年实施全日制专业学位研究生教育以来,经过两年的探索发展,全日制专业学位硕士研究生的培养在各方面都已初现雏形,取得了一定的成绩,但还缺乏一套成熟的理论体系,在培养方式、课程设置、教师队伍建设等方面还存在许多不完善之处。为此,笔者在分析我国全日制专业学位硕士研究生教育现状的基础上,以研究生培养模式的核心要素为研究线索,借鉴发达国家的培养经验,构建相应的全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式,以期推动我国全日制专业学位硕士研究生教育的健康发展。本论文按照以下思路展开: 第一部分为绪论,主要阐述了选题的研究背景、研究意义、研究综述、研究思路和方法。第二部分主要是对全日制专业学位及其相关概念的研究。通过界定研究生培养模式等相关概念,分析研究生培养模式的内涵以及各个构成要素之间的关系,为本论文提供“理论基础”及“研究框架”。第三部分对全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养政策改革的背景及其价值取向进行了分析。第四部分是对我国全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养现状进行的调查、分析。第五部分分析了美国和日本专业学位硕士研究生的培养经验,为分析和构建我国全日制专业学位研究生培养模式提供借鉴与启示。第六部分,提出构建全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式的策略。关键词: 全日制专业学位;研究生培养模式;高层次、应用型、复合型人才 II Research on the reform of Full-time Professional Degree ABSTRACT In a knowledge-based economy,the society put forward a higher demand for high-level personnel of the quantity and current personnel structure is not rest content with economic development,postgraduate not only need to learn theoretical knowledge ,but also have to learn more practical knowledge,postgraduate education should accept the responsibility for training versatile and practical management thefull-time professional degree graduate education carried out in 2009, throughtwo years of exploration and development,it has obtained some achievements on educating ,it lacks a suit of sueeessful theory system,for example,it is lack of constructions in training methods,course offering and teaching , on thebasis of analyzingthe present situation of full-time professional degree in graduate education, I would like to take a clue of core elements and borrow ideas from developed countriesto propose a mode offull-time degree education, and hope to do some effortsto promotetheFull-time degree education healthy development.
