【摘要】
目的考查川寻药材有效成分川寻嗪提取的影响因素,优化提取工艺。方法采用正交 实验对川茸最佳提取工艺进行考察,以HPLC (条件为Kromac订C18 (150 mmX4. 6 mm, 5 » m) 色谱柱为分析柱,以甲醇T%醋酸水溶液(25 : 75)为流动相, ml -min-1,检测 波长280 nm,柱温为室温)作为优化分析手段。结果川茸的最佳提取工艺:80%乙醇(含5% 乙酸)12倍量,超声提取2次,45 min/次。盐酸川茸嗪在2. 02〜60. 6 u g/ ml范围内呈 良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y二20 205X-11 452, r二1. 00平均回收率为101. 70, RSD二2. 79%。 结论该实验对川茸药材中的有效成分川茸嗪的提取效率高,检测快速准确。在此HPLC条件 下川茸嗪和其它成分之间能得到很好的分离。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo take the factors which influence Rhizoma huanxiong? s extraction into account and optimize the extractive adopt crosscut experiment and explore the best extractive craft. The experiment was based on HPLC whose condition contained Kromaci 1 C18 (150mmX 4. 6mm, 5 u m), the flow phase which met hanol to ace tic acid was 25 to 75, veloc ity of flow with 1. 0ml per min, checking wavelengh with 280nm and the temperature with room temperature. ResuItsRhizoma Chuanxiong, s bes t ext rac tive era ft were as follows: et hanol 80% ( include 5% ace tic acid) and 12 ti mes' qua ntity. Ext rac tion met hod was ult rasonic wave with 2 ti mes and 45min per time. Tetramethylpyrazine had good linearity relationship a/t the range of 2. 02〜60. 6 ug/ ml. Regression equation was Y=20 205X-11 452, r=l. 00. Average reclaim rate was 101. 70, RSD=2. 79%. ConclusionThe method is convenient and great efficient. Under this condition
