孤残儿童小组家庭寄养模式研究——以武汉市儿童福利院为例

摘要
本文基于对武汉市儿童福利院的调查,运用质性研究方法,全面、系统、直观地
展现了小组家庭寄养模式的基本现状、实施效果及其不足,并在此基础上提出了完善
该模式的建议。
全文分为五个部分:
第一章对重要概念进行了界定,介绍了国内外孤残儿童养育模式的现状,阐明了
本文的研究背景、研究目的与意义、研究方法等相关问题。
第二章描述了武汉市儿童福利院小组家庭寄养模式的诞生背景、机构设置及其实
施过程。
第三章从微观、中观和宏观三个方面分析了影响武汉市儿童福利院小组家庭寄养
模式实施的因素。
第四章是问题与建议。本文根据小组家庭寄养模式实施的现状及影响因素指出了
其存在的问题,提出了完善该模式的建议,希望对促进儿童福利事业的发展有所助益。
第五章是对本文的研究进行了总结,阐述了本文研究的新发现,指出了本文研究
的若干不足。

Abstract
The paper did survey on Wuhan Children Welfare House, used qualitative research
method. prehensively, systematically and intuitively demonstrated the basic status
quo, implementation result, and their existing problems of the Group Foster Care model and
on this basis put forward countermeasures and suggestions that perfected this model.
The full paper is divided into five parts.
The first chapter is Introduction. It defines some important concepts, introduces the
status quo of the rearing model on disabled children at home and abroad, and clarifies the
study's research background, research purpose and value, research method and other related
issues.
The two chapter describes the basic status quo of the Group Foster Care model in
Wuhan Children Welfare House, which includes the background, the structural establish-
ment and the implementation process.
The three chapter analyses factors that have influence on the implementation of the
Group Foster Care model from three aspects: micro, meso and macro.
The four chapter is countermeasures and suggestions. According to the status quo on the
implementation of the Group Foster Care model and influencing factors, the paper points
out existing problems and raises countermeasures and suggestions that improve the model.
It hopes to promote the development of the child welfare.
