婚恋依恋、人格特质与婚姻质量的关系

摘要
婚姻质量是个体当前婚姻关系的客观调试程度,反应了夫妻之间在一定时
间内的相互适应。婚姻质量不仅影响着夫妻双方的生活质量、身心健康、事业成
败,还影响着下一代的身心发展,乃至社会的稳定。对于婚姻质量的研究可以为
婚姻咨询、辅导、治疗提供科学的依据,帮助个体提高婚姻调适水平。
国内主要从人格特质的角度来研究婚姻质量,对于婚恋依恋与婚姻质量关
系的研究还在起步阶段。对于三者关系的研究几乎空白。
因此,本研究采用问卷法调查了 232 名已婚被试的婚恋依恋、人格特质和婚
姻质量,分析了三者间的关系。研究发现:
(1)个体的婚姻质量不存在显著地年龄、婚龄、教育程度和家庭收入状况
的差异。
(2)个体在依恋回避、依恋焦虑、神经质、外倾性、精神质及婚姻质量上
不存在性别差异。
(3)依恋回避与神经质、精神质显著正相关;依恋焦虑与神经质显著正相
关;神经质、精神质及依恋回避与婚姻质量显著负相关。
(4)婚恋依恋和人格特质显著预测婚姻质量。其中神经质和依恋回避对婚
姻质量有直接而显著的负向预测作用,依恋回避的预测力最佳;而外倾性和精神
质通过依恋回避间接预测婚姻质量,依恋回避是精神质预测婚姻质量的完全中
介。
(5)神经质对依恋焦虑有直接而显著的正向预测作用;精神质对依恋回避
有直接而显著地正向预测作用,而外倾性对依恋回避有直接而显著地负向预测作
用,其中精神质的预测力最佳。

Abstract
Marriage quality is the level of marriage adjustment in individual’s current
romantic relationships, which reflects the mutual adaptability between husband and
wife in a certain period. Marriage quality affects the spouses’ quality of life, physical
and mental health, the ess of career, the next generation of physical and mental
development and social stability. The study on marriage quality can provide science
basis for marriage counseling and treatment, which helps the individual to raise the
level of marriage adjustment.
In China, most studies researched the relationship between personality traits and
marriage quality, a few of studies on the relationship between romantic attachment
and marriage quality. But few studies among romantic attachment, personality traits
and marriage quality.
Therefore, this study examined the interrelations among romantic attachment,
personality traits and marriage quality by using the method of questionnaire in 232
married person. The results are as follows:
(1) There was no significant differences of marriage age, educational status and
e state on marriage quality.
(2) There was no significant differences of gender on romantic attachment
dimentions,
