河北省师范类院校公共体育教学现状及影响因素研究
摘要
师范类院校是为国家培养教育型人才的基地,师范生将担负国家教育事业的
重任,提高师范类大学生身体素质,全面地进行培养,是促进教育事业持续、稳
定、健康发展的重要保证。因此研究河北省师范类院校中体育教学现状中存在的
问题,对其进行总结,揭示不足,并提出一些可行性建议,对实现学校体育的阶
段性目标与长远目标具有一定的理论研究价值和现实意义。
通过研究得出以下结论:
(1)目前河北省师范类院校体育师资数量短缺,教师工作量繁重,高校公
体部教师年龄结构较为合理,教师学历尚不乐观,高学历教师的比例较少,高职
称教师比例仍占少数。(2)没有适合师范类院校学生使用的体育教材,教师们在
教学理念上整体方向不统一。(3)教学内容枯燥、繁重,学生对体育教学的认识
程度较淡薄,体育意识薄弱,体育运动的动机不明确,教学内容和方法没有新的
拓展。(4)体育评价体系不完善,终结性评价较为显著,忽略了学生努力的过程。
(5)忽视体育场馆的建设,场地相对较为短缺,器材、器械的质量没有保障,
学校对体育方面投入的经费少,致使有些活动没法进行。长此下去,也必将影响
高校体育教学质量。
文章提出了合理化建议:
(1)尽快解决师资短缺问题,提高教师的综合素质,大力提倡中、青年教
师外出进修、学习、考研、学术交流等活动,以增强教师的专业素质及科研能力,
以便全面提高。(2)组织专家编制适合师范类院校学生使用的体育教材,从而制
定符合师范类学生特点的教学大纲,并针对师范类大学生统一教学思想,以便规
范教师的教学理念。(3)根据社会发展,在原有基础上开设新生体育项目,适当
增加理论课的教学时数,提高学生对体育运动的认识,增强体育锻炼的意识。(4)
在教学内容中增加娱乐型项目,制定出新的大学生体育健康标准,逐步完善大学
生体育评价体系。(5)各师范类院校在场地、器材、设施问题上不应有所顾虑,
应根据现有教材的实际情况,尽可能的兴建体育场馆以满足大学生日益强烈的体
育锻炼需求。

Abstract
The normal school universities and colleges are the base that train educational
talents for the country, the normal student will bear the important task of national
educational undertaking, improve normal school university student's physique, train in
an all-round way; it is the important insurance which promotes sustaining, stability,
sound development of educational undertaking. So study the problem existing in the
sports teaching current situation in the normal school universities and colleges of
Hebei, summarizing it, it is insufficient to announce, propose some feasible
suggestions, and have certain theoretical research value and realistic meaning to
phased goal and long-range objective which realize school sports.
Study through draw the following conclusion:
