河南省苌家拳的生存现状与发展对策

摘要
武术是中华民族的优秀文化遗产,各具特色的拳种门派共同构成了武术的英
姿。苌家拳是中国传统武术中一颗璀璨的明珠,是中华传统文化的重要组成部分。
它的发展对我国武术事业乃至整个传统文化具有重要而深远的意义。苌家拳历史
上曾与少林拳、太极拳齐名,并称为中原三大拳派。人类社会进入二十世纪后,
苌家拳的发展困难重重,近年来更是举步维艰,一度面临失传。
为了准确把握苌家拳的生存现状,探索其繁荣发展的有效途径,采用文献资
料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法、比较分析法与逻辑分析相结合的方法,对苌家
拳在河南省的流传区域、传承方式、现存内容、习练的人群特征、研究、宣传、
开发等状况及其原因进行分析。结果显示:苌家拳的流传范围集中且狭小;传承
方式已经多样化但仍然以师徒相承的传统方式为主;内容繁杂,实际传播利用的
不多;练习者多为男性且集中在青少年和老年两个年龄阶段;理论研究尚处于起
步时期;宣传活动不多且范围狭窄;健身、教育、旅游等方面有了一定程度的开
发。
苌家拳自身的保守思想是造成其目前传人奇缺、流传区域狭小的主要原因;
苌家拳过于重视技击性和实战性的技术风格使得其不能适应当前人们的健身文化
需求;苌家拳生长的区位劣势致使其发展空间逐渐被强势拳派挤压,日渐缩小;
社会的忽视或关注不够使得苌家拳的发展缺乏基础上的保障,这些是导致目前苌
家拳发展艰难的外部原因。
为了推进河南省苌家拳在新时代的繁荣发展,提出了多种渠道广泛宣传,增
进人们对苌家拳的认识和了解、政府加大对苌家拳的保护和扶持力度、加大对苌
家拳基础理论的研究、革新保守思想,以开放姿态广授门徒、改进技术风格,适
合全民健身需要、加强苌家拳研究会等各种组织的建设、编写苌家拳各级学校体
育教材,使其进入学校体育市场、加强苌家拳馆校、俱乐部的建设,走产业化发
展的道路等对策措施。

ABSTRACT
Abstract: Wushu is one kind of Chinese excellent culture heritages, many
distinctive Wushu branches get together and form heroic of martial arts. The
Chang-style boxing which is an ponent of Chinese traditional culture is a
resplendent pearl of the Chinese tradition martial arts. The development of Chinese
martial arts for its business and even the whole traditional culture is an important and
far-reaching significance. Chang-style boxing was eponymous as Shaolin and Taichi in
the history, and they were called Zhongyuan three boxings. After human society entered
the twentieth century, the development of Chang-style boxing is limping in recent years,
even once it was facing extinction.
In order to accurately grasp the modern survival of Chang-style boxing status quo,
and explore effective ways of its prosperity and development, using literature data, field
