昆山市10万t/d城市污水处理厂工艺设计
摘要:本设计的主要任务是昆山市污水处理厂的设计,设计规模为100000m3/d,采用了Carrousel 2000氧化沟处理工艺。污水处理工艺为Carrousel 2000氧化沟工艺,污泥处理工艺为污泥浓缩脱水工艺。该污水厂的污水处理流程为:从泵房到沉砂池,进入氧化沟,二沉池,最后出水;污泥的流程为:从二沉池排出的剩余污泥首先进入浓缩池,进行污泥浓缩,然后进入贮泥池,经过浓缩的污泥再送至带式压滤机,进一步脱水后,运至垃圾填埋场。
本设计与现行的城市生活污水处理工艺相比具有明显的优势:(1)具有独特的水力流动特点,有利于活性污泥的生物凝聚作用(2)不设初沉池,有机性悬浮物在氧化沟内能达到好氧稳定的程度。(3)BOD负荷低,使氧化沟具有对水温,水质,水量的变动有较强的适应性,污泥产率低,勿需进行硝化处理。(4)脱氮效果还能进一步提高。(5)电耗较小,运行费用低。
设计结果表明:污水处理厂处理后的出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级B标准。

Abstract:The main task of this design is the sewage treatment plant in Kunshan City, design size 100000m3 / d, with the Carrousel 2000 oxidation ditch treatment process. Sewage treatment process for the Carrousel 2000 oxidation ditch process, sludge treatment process for the sludge thickening and dewatering process. The sewage treatment plant process: from the pumping station to the grit chamber, into the oxidation ditch, secondary sedimentation tank, the final effluent; sludge process: from the secondary sedimentation tank sludge discharged from the first into the concentration tank, for pollution soil enrichment, and then into the storage basins, was concentrated in the sludge and then sent to the belt filter press, and further dehydrated, transported to the landfill.
The design of the existing urban wastewater treatment process has significant pared to: (1) has a unique hydraulic flow characteristics, are conducive to active sludge biological cohesion (2) without first settling tank, organic suspended solids in aerobic oxidation ditch to achieve a stable level. (3) BOD load is low, so that oxidation ditch has on water temperature, water quality, water movement has strong adaptability, low sludge yield, Needless to nitrification. (4) can further improve nitrog
