摘要
闭环供应链 Closed-loop Supply Chain 是由正向供应链 Forward Supply
Chain 和逆向供应链 Reverse Supply Chain 组成的闭合系统一方面可以为
企业带来经济利益另一方面能够保护环境和节约自然资源本文的重点在于
论述闭环供应链的逆向部分以及正向与逆向相结合的环节论文从闭环供应链
的概念和应用出发在 Carter Ellram 1998 和 De Brito Dekker 2003 对
逆向物流驱动因素的分析的基础上提出了包含内在主观因素外在驱动因素
和宏观环境因素三部分的闭环供应链动因模型模型的新颖之处在于提出了管
理风格企业历史等内在主观因素同时提出了全球化这一宏观环境在推动
企业实施闭环供应链管理方面的独特作用废旧电子电气设备数量庞大增长
迅速正在成为人类最大的污染源本文总结和分析欧美国家关于废旧产品处
理利用方面立法及企业的闭环供应链管理实践并以废旧电子电气设备行业为
例对企业闭环供应链管理实践进行详细分析最后分析闭环供应链管理在中
国的现状并结合本文提出的动因模型对闭环供应链管理在中国的应用前景进行
分析

Abstract
Closed-loop supply chain is a closed-loop system consists of forward supply chain and reverse
supply chain. Closed-loop supply chain has two basic functions: on one hand, it can protect
environment and save natural resources; on the other hand, it brings economic benefits to both
corporations and the society. This article emphasized on the reverse parts of a supply chain and the
joint parts of forward and reverse supply chain. Based on the driving factors analysis of reverse
logistics by Carter et al., and De Brito et al., this article brought forward the model of closed-loop
supply chain driving factors which consists of inner subject factors, exterior driving factors and
macro-environment factors. The number of Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)
grows quickly, and WEEE has e one of the biggest pollution sources. This article analyzed
the legislations of governments and the practices of corporations in Europe, . and Asia,
emphasized on the legislations and practices of WEEE. Based on these analysis, this article
analyzed the current practices of close-loop supply chain management in China and made further
analysis of its future in China based on the model which is brought forward in part 3 in this article.
