• This guide is meant to supplement and help you
structure your thinking about the consulting
recruiting process. The contents of this guide reflect
the authors’ best thinking but do not claim to be
universal truths held by all firms and all interviewers
everywhere.
• While studying how to do cases and identifying best
practices is helpful, you must develop your own style
to succeed. For example, interviewers can easily
identify “canned” frameworks.
• When using this guide (and other resources), always
ask yourself if this makes sense for you. It is best to
