企业应付账款的管理
[摘 要] 随着市场经济的发展、竞争的加剧，为了提高市场占有率，
供应商与企业之间经常通过赊销手段进行交易，企业形成越来越多的应付
账款是必不可免的，企业的应付账款管理也越来越重要。企业要有目的、
有系统地管理好与供应商的关系，加强对应付账款的管理，使自己在市场
竞争中处于有利的地位。本文研究企业应付账款的管理，从应付账款管理
的基本理论着手，深入分析了企业应付账款形成的原因及应付账款管理存
在的问题，并提出了完善应付账款管理的措施。
本文共分五个部分：第一部分为导论，介绍研究的问题、意义、目的
及文献综述等；第二部分是应付账款的概述；第三部分阐述应付账款管理
存在的问题；第四部分是改善应付账款管理的对策；第五部分是结论。

The Management of Enterprise Accounts Payable
Abstract ： With the development of market economy, competition
intensifies, in order to increase market share, and enterprises by means of
regular credit transactions, a growing number of accounts is inevitable,
enterprises accounts management is also important. Enterprises with a purpose,
there is a good system to manage relationships with suppliers, strengthen the
management of accounts payable in order to make themselves competitive in the
market in a good position. This paper studies the company accounts, from the
accounts of the basic theory, in-depth analyses accounts of the causes and
accounts management problems and put forward a comprehensive management
of the accounts.
This article is divided into five parts: The first part is an introduction to
introduce the research questions, significance, purpose and literature review, etc.;
the second part is an overview of accounts payable; third part payables
management problems; fourth part is to improve payables management solutions;
fifth part is the conclusion.
