矛盾性别偏见对女性职业发展的影响——基于质性研究的路径

摘要
当前,女性的职业发展问题日益受到关注。本文通过引入矛盾性别偏见的概念,
采用质性研究方法,对三个案例的事件中六个维度的性别偏见进行挖掘与考察,进
而分析探讨在现代社会中矛盾性别偏见的产生和发展机制,及其对女性职业发展的
影响。
研究发现,性别偏见自从产生之时起就脱离其结构性根源,而独立的进入人类
知识库存,又因为人类对其结构性根源的遗忘,即使在当代已经不存最初产生性别
偏见的结构性根源,人类仍然会非理性的接受性别偏见存在的“合理性”。而矛盾性
别偏见的多个维度也都是由性别间能力差异这一维度衍生出来。其中,善意性别偏
见的产生是因为现代社会敌意性别偏见的结构性根源已不再存在,人类面临的情境
呈现出社会结构的根源的缺失与不合理,并与其惯有的社会意识不相一致而产生的。
研究还发现,矛盾性别偏见对女性职业发展有负面影响,通常内隐的善意性别
偏见比通常外显的敌意性别偏见对女性影响要大;女性自身内隐的矛盾性别偏见比
来自外界的的矛盾性别偏见的影响要大;处于性别间能力差异维度的矛盾女性别偏
见影响较大,而处于异性性行为维度的矛盾性别偏见对女性职业发展的影响则相对
较小。矛盾性别偏见对女性职业发展的负面影响还存在循环放大效应,并且女性的
职业发展的好坏等因素会对性别偏见有反向作用。

Abstract
At present, the problem of female’s career development is obviously considered. The
paper with qualitative research, by introducing the concept of ambivalent sexism, uses
investigation on sexism of six-dimensional in three cases. Analysis and discussion are
rolled in the debate of the happening and development mechanism of sexism in modern
society, especially the influence of career lives of female.
Results show that gender bias deviate the structural causes since the generated, And
independent access to the humen’s stock of knowledge. Even in temporaty, it has
been produced by no stretch of the first of the stuctural causes of gender bias, because of
the forgotten of the structural causes, human beings will still be irrational to accept the
“reasonableness” of the existence of gender bias. The other dimensions of ambivalent
sexism are deriving from the dimension petitive Gender Differentiation. Thereinto,
the emergence of benevolent sexism is because of that the structural causes of structural
causes no longer exists in the mordern society, situations in life what the human beings
facing shows the deletion and unreasonable of the social structure, and the ord to the
usual social consciousnesses.
