青少年吸烟行为特点及其影响因素的研究

吸烟是危害人类健康最大的风险因素。吸烟好像本来只是成年人中普遍存在
的现象,但近年来随着社会经济文化的发展和思想的解放,吸烟人群的年龄有逐
渐年轻化的趋势,青少年时期竟然成为尝试吸烟的高峰期。青少年的尝试吸烟行
为为以后成为习惯吸烟者埋下了祸根。探讨青少年吸烟行为的形成原因和影响因
素已经成为刻不容缓的重任。
本文从可能影响青少年吸烟行为的内外因入手,考察外部社会环境、内部认
知发展和人格特征对青少年吸烟行为的影响。用卡方检验考察吸烟青少年和不吸
烟青少年在人口统计学和认知方式上的差异;用独立样本 t 检验考察青少年吸烟
行为在吸烟风险知觉、同伴关系和冒险个性上的差异;用逻辑回归分析考察青少
年吸烟行为的影响因素。研究结果表明,影响青少年吸烟行为的因素依次是:同
伴吸烟行为、冒险个性、吸烟风险知觉和认知方式。具体说来有以下主要结论:
(1) 青少年吸烟行为存在显著的性别、年级差异。男生尝试吸烟行为显著高于
女生;高中生吸烟行为显著高于初中生。
(2) 同伴吸烟行为是青少年吸烟行为的最显著预测指标。同伴吸烟行为可以直
接影响青少年吸烟行为,也可以通过认知和人格等内部因素间接影响吸烟
行为。
(3) 低风险知觉的青少年比高风险知觉的青少年有更多的吸烟行为;直觉型认
知方式的青少年比理智型认知方式的青少年有更多的吸烟行为;具有冒险
个性倾向的青少年有更多的吸烟行为。其中,认知方式是风险知觉和吸烟
行为之间的的中介变量。
(4) 青少年吸烟是内外因共同作用的结果,同伴吸烟行为、冒险个性、吸烟风
险知觉和认知方式共同影响吸烟行为。

The study on the features of adolescent smoking
behavior and the influence factors
Abstract
Smoking is the most serious factor to damage the health of human beings.
Smoking seems to be a popular phenomenon in the group of adults, but the average
age of smokers is ing younger and younger in recent years with the
development of economics, culture and public thoughts. The period of adolescent
es the high time to initiate smoking. The behavior of trying smoking in the
phase of youth is the prelude to e a rule smoker. Therefore, it is an emergent
task to investigate the reasons and influent factors of adolescences’ smoking.
Firstly we investigate the differences between adolescent smokers and
non-smokers on the dimensions of subjects’ characteristics and cognition style by
usingχ2 test, secondly we examine the differences between adolescent smokers and
non-smokers on the dimensions of smoking risk behavior, cognition style and
sensation seeking by using independent sample t test, thirdly we analyze the possible
influence factors on adolescent smoking risk-taking behavior by using l
