文档介绍:硕士论文宽角度频扫天线阵列研冗与设i 摘要随着雷达、通信、移动电视技术的不断发展和应用,电扫描天线已广泛用于各领域, 并得到快速发展。在常用的电扫描天线技术中,通过改变天线的工作频率来实现波瓣指向的改变,即构成频率扫描天线。由于慢波线频扫阵列的扫描角度、工作带宽与慢波线损耗相互制约,为了实现有限带宽内宽角度的频扫天线,本文提出了两种解决方案,主要工作可概括如下: 其一,带状线慢波线频扫天线阵列。本文首先研究了几种传统平面传输线的损耗大小,如微带线、倒置微带线和带状线,结果发现在X波段,带状线具有低损耗优势;又对带状线慢波线中的弯头进行优化,降低了由弯头不连续带来的馈线损耗,设计了低损耗的带状线慢波线。然后采用该带状线慢波线设计了频扫天线阵列,阵列采用带状线缝隙贴片的耦合馈电结构,频扫辐射天线单元分别采用集成巴伦印刷阵子单元和平行带线馈电的印刷阵子阵列。最后分别加工和实测了8×4单元、22×4单元和22×8单元的频扫阵列,实测结果与仿真分析结果较吻合。该阵列不仅能实现有限带宽内一维大角度频率扫描,还具有重量轻的优点。其二,混合馈电波导慢波线频扫天线阵列。阵列采用低损耗E面弯曲波导作为频扫慢波线,微带贴片天线作频扫辐射天线,通过混合馈电结构实现波导至微带贴片的能量耦合。测试结果表明在X波段1GHz带宽内,该22单元频扫阵列能实现约900的波束扫描,,最高增益达21dBi。与传统波导裂缝频扫阵列相比,该阵列不仅能实现高效率、大角度的频率扫描,还具有低剖面,结构紧凑的优点,并且便于实现大阵列天线的扩展。关键词:频率扫描,宽角度,慢波线,带状线,波导,印刷阵子,缝隙耦合 Abstract 硕士论文 Abstract Electronic scanning antennas have found many applications and are rapidly advancing as the development of munication,mobile TV reception in mercial and military scanning antenna is one kind ofelectronic scanning antenna, which beam can scan over a large angle forsmall changes the scan angle,working frequency bandwidth and loss ofslow—wave line frequency SCanarray are mutually constraint,in thisthesis,two solutions are proposed todesign frequency scan array with wide SCan angle and highperformance under main contents are listedbelow: Firstis a strip lineslow—wave linefrequency SCan the design,the lossof some conventional planar transmission linessuch asmicrostrip line,inverted microstrip line and strip isfound thatthestrip line iswith lower pared、析th theothertwo linesinX-,the bends ofthestrip lineslow-wave structure are optimized toreduce the linelosscaused by bend discontinuities,and the strip lineslow—wave structure with low thisstrip lineslow-wave structure isused todesign frequency SCan the array,a coupling posed ofstripline,slot coupling andmicrostrip patch integrated Balunprinted dipoles and t
