大学生成就目标定向对友谊质量、孤独感的影响

摘要
成就目标理论是心理学家运用社会认知理论的原理,研究个体在成就情境中
的动机和行为的理论。这一新的范式改变了早期学者将认知和动机分别考察的局
限,成为社会认知取向在动机研究中的前沿性课题。成就目标理论提出以来,已
有研究成果主要集中在学生的知识学习方面,而最近几年,成就目标定向与青少
年社会性发展的关系则成为本领域一个新的热点。据此,文章选择友谊质量和孤
独感作为社会性发展的指标来考察成就目标定向对它们的影响,以期对成就目标
理论的发展做出贡献。
研究采用问卷调查法,使用自编的“大学生成就目标定向问卷”、“大学生友
谊质量问卷”和 Russell 等人编制的“UCLA 孤独感问卷”,对选自南京审计学院
和东南大学的 646 名本科生进行测试,被试的选取采用了整群抽样法。测试包括
预测和正式施测两个阶段,均以班级为单位进行,使用统一的指导语。数据处理
使用了 for windows 统计软件,使用的统计方法包括相关分析、T 检
验、多因素方差分析、多元线性回归分析等。
研究结果为:(1)成就目标定向与友谊质量各维度之间、与孤独感之间都存
在相关。(2)成就目标定向存在学校、性别和年级的差异,友谊质量存在学校、
性别、学科和年级的差异,孤独感存在学校和年级的差异。(3)情感亲密性、友
伴冲突、孤独感三个变量能够和成就目标定向之间建立回归方程。

ABSTRACT
Achievement goal theory is a theory which is about people’s motivation and
behavior at achievement condition. The theory was presented by some psychologists
who were holding social cognitive theory. This new paradigm makes psychologists no
longer research cognition and motivation separately. The theory has e a leading
topic in the domain of social cognitive theory and motivation theory. Since the theory
comes into being, its existing research results have been mainly in the issue how
students can study better. Recently, the relationship of achievement goal orientation
and social development among adolescents has e a central issue in achievement
goal theory. Therefore, the dissertation takes friendship quality and loneliness as
representative of social development and research the impact about achievement goal
orientation vs friendship quality and loneliness. The dissertation is expected to
contribute to achievement goal theory.
