外商直接投资与我国产业结构调整分析

摘要

产业结构调整是经济发展中的永恒话题。目前,我国经济总量增长迅速,
但结构性矛盾突出已成为经济发展的制约因素。我国产业结构的调整升级也成
为理论界关注的问题。以往有关产业结构的研究更多的是局限于一国范围之内。
而当今全球化迅猛发展,任何国家的经济运行都不可避免地受到世界经济的影
响。
本文以外商直接投资对我国产业结构的影响为出发点。通过分析近几年我
国产业结构变动状况得出虽然第一产业在中的比重下降,第三产业比重快
速上升,但是与发达国家相比,第二产业比重过高而第三产业发展不足。进一
步分析外商在我国的投资分布发现外商直接投资过度集中于第二产业尤其是
工业。这种投资的结构性偏差加剧了我国产业的失衡和产业内发展不协调。
建立外商直接投资与产业结构相关性模型,运用统计方法分析可知二者之
间存在一定的相关性。因而通过引导外商投资的产业分布可有效促进我国产业
结构调整升级。最后提出相应的政策措施,即加强对外商直接投资的产业导向、
完善产业准入制度、建立利用外资效益评价体系。

Abstract
The adjustment of industrial structure is the eternal talk in the
economic development. At present, the GDP of China is increasing rapidly.
But the conflict of structure is also evident and restricts the
development of economy. So the theorists focus on the adjustment and
escalation of the industrial structure in China. Most of the research about
the industrial structure is limited in the range of inter-country. However
now the globalization is growing heavily. No country ’ economic running
can not be influenced by the world economy.
In the article, the influence of Foreign Direct Investment on the
industrial structure in China is the going point. We have got the
conclusion that the rate of the first industry in the GDP is download where
the third industry is rising quickly through the analysing of the
changement of the industrial structure in recent years. Comparing with
the developed countries, it’s clear that in our country the proportion of the
second industry is much higher and the development of the third industry
is not enough. Furthermore we analyse the distribution of the FDI in China
and know that FDI is most in the second industry, especially the
manufacturing industry 。 The structure deviation of the investment
aggravates the industry’ unbalance and the irreason of inter-industry.
