An army of Juris Master graduates have been the strong force in the occupation of legal construction. As the employees of this sacred occupation, their responsibility is to guarantee that the Articles of Law can be carried out exactly and the social justice can be maintained. While because of the deficiency in the education of the Juris Master ’s professional ethics, the delinquency in the law employees increases rapidly, which greatly reduces the expectation and the relief the public hold on the law employees and prevents the development of this industry. The essay will analyze the present state of the education of the Juris Master and the the prominent problems ina scientific way.
