文档介绍：·可地区总部的区位分折发对策研究摘要跨国公司建立地区总部是跨国公司应对经营“全球化”和“本地化”的要求而进行的一项组织变革。跨国公司地区总部承担着制定区域性经营战略和协调区域内众多子公司生产、销售、物流、研究与开发、资金筹供、人力资源培训等经营活动的职能。由于跨国公司地区总部会给驻在城市带来密集的国际性的资金流、物流、人流和信息流,对跨国公司地区总部的争夺成了眼下全球特别是亚洲各大经济中心城市推动新一轮经济发展的重要举措。上海要建成国际经济、盒融、贸易、航运中心,必然要求吸引更多的跨国公司地区总部入驻上海。本论文通过对亚洲主要城市和地区跨国公司地区总部的区位分析,总结出跨国公司地区总部区位选择的主要因素,然后对上海的区位进行较全面系统的定性分析。笔者认为,总体上上海己具备吸引跨国公司地区总部的条件,当然还存在一些问题需要加以解决,主要包括金融开放问题、所得税问题、基础设施问题、高级人才问题、商务环境问题等。为此,提出了改善宏观经济法律环境、完善基础设施、建立吸引跨国公司地区总部促进机构、大力吸引和培养高级人才等对策。目前,跨国公司地区总部已引起了一些国家和地区的重视,有一些学者也作了一些研究。哪些因素影响跨国公司地区总部的区位选择,这方面的研究虽然有一些,但不系统而且太多是定性分析。本论文的创新之处在于较系统找出了影响跨国公司地区总部区位选择的主要因素,建立了跨国公司地区总部区位竞争力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,对上海跨国公司地区总部的区位竞争力进行定量评价。关键词:跨国公司地区总部层次分析法模糊综合评价区位对策海人学坝1:学位论文上海跨囡公Td地区总部的区位分析_;5乏对策酬究 Abstract anizational reform thatMultinationalCorporations(MNCs)found Region Headquarters in order toresponse tothemanagement changes ofglobalization and localization Region Headquarters ofMNCs undertake toinstitute the regional management strategies andharmonize all kinds ofthemanagement on theproduction, sale,cargo flow,R&D,money mobilization,human resources training and SO on in Region Headquarters ofMNCs callbring the citieswhich they lie instrong internationalfinancing flow,materials flow,human flow and information flOW,it animportant act toimpulse new economy development foreconomy center citiesall over theworld,especially inAsia tofight forRegion Headquarters ofMNCs isnecessary forShanghai toattractmore Region Headquarters ofMNCs in order tobean internationaleconomy center,finance merce center and transport center.
