摘要:以不同浓度的水杨酸溶液对洋桔梗(Eustoma grandiforum(Raf.)Shinn)切花进行处理,研究了瓶插期间鲜重变化率、花径、水平衡值、相对电导率、可溶性蛋白质含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖的变化规律。结果表明:适宜浓度的水杨酸处理的切花可延长切花的寿命,增强花枝鲜重,维持水分平衡,延缓切花蛋白质含量下降与细胞膜相对透性的增大,降低切花中游离脯氨酸的含量;-1SA处理的保鲜效果最好。

Effect of Salicylic Acid on Cut-flowers Eustoma grandiforum During Vase Periods

Abstract: Cut-flowers Eustoma grandiforum were steeped in different concentrations of salicylic acid. The change rate of fresh weight, flower diameter,water balance values, relative conductivity, soluble protein content,praline content,soluble sugar content were results show that: suitable concentration of salicylic acid prolonged fresh day, increased fresh weigh, maintained water balance, delayed the degradation of soluble protein, lowered the relative membranes permeability,reduced the content of proline. The solution with 60 -1 salicylic acid had the best fresh-keeping effect.
