文档介绍：本科毕业设计(论文) 题目: 浅析我国商业银行信贷风险管理现状及存在的问题 1 摘要随着我国经济的快速发展,银行业信贷风险正在逐渐的上升,所以解决我国商业银行信贷风险问题已迫在眉睫,否则这将严重影响我国商业银行的经营利益及我国经济的长期稳定发展。当下,商业银行信贷风险主要存在的几个问题就是银行工作人员信贷风险意识浅薄、没有健全的信贷风险预警体系及稳定的信贷人员队伍。所以本文主要是通过结合现在社会经济的发展及现有文献,来找出我国商业银行信贷风险管理主要存在的问题原因并提出有效的建议。首先,银行应该让工作人员加强信贷风险意识,尤其是信贷工作人员,并建立健全的信贷风险预警体系和管理机制,进而提高商业银行信贷风险控制水平,更有效的提高银行的经营利益。关键字:商业银行;信贷风险;不良贷款 2 Abstract With the rapid development of China's economy, the credit risk for the banking industry is in the rising trend, so to solve the problem of the credit risk mercial banks in China have been imminent, otherwise it will seriously affect the long-term stable development ofour economy and our mercial bank's business interests. At present, the main problems mercial bank credit risk are bank staff credit risk awareness shallow, no sound credit risk early warning system and a stable credit personnel team. This paper mainly through bination of the development of social economy and the existing literature, to find out the main problems of China'mercial bank credit risk management and put forward effective suggestions. First, banks should let staff to strengthen the awareness of credit risk, especially the credit staff, and establish a sound credit risk early warning system and the management mechanism, so as to improve mercial bank credit risk control level, more effectively improve the bank's business interests.
