摘要
近年来随着汽车工业的飞速发展特别是在高速公路快速发展的
今天柴油机正逐步成为现代车用动力的主流在快速发展的同时对
汽车的安全可靠性提出更高的要求而作为汽车的心脏柴油机一旦
出现故障后果将不堪设想轻则造成汽车抛锚重则造成车毁人亡
给国家和人民的生命财产带来严重的危害众所周知油泵作为柴油机
的核心部件其安全可靠性如何直接影响到柴油机的安全可靠性因此
油泵的安全可靠性成为油泵行业非常关注的焦点而通过失效分析可以
不断提高油泵零部件的质量及安全可靠性
机械失效分析的目的是找出机械失效的原因分析导致机械失效的
责任并提出改进和预防措施从而提高机械产品的可靠性和竞争能力
因此机械失效分析是机械产品生产过程和质量管理中不可缺少的环节
和重要手段
本文主要对 PW 喷油泵柱塞偶件进行失效分析与研究通过大量的
实验分析及运用有限元分析方法在理论及试验两方面进行研究找出
引起零件失效的根本原因并针对失效原因提出防止失效的措施以避

本文根据失效方式主要分两部分进行研究第一部分为断裂失效分
析第二部分为卡滞失效分析通过试验分析及有限元分析最后提出
改进措施

FAILURE REASON ANALYSIS AND STUDY OF
PW TYPE PUMP ELEMENTS
ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the rapid development of auto industry,
specifically in the rapid development of motorway, nowadays diesel engine is
step by step ing the main trend of modern vehicle power. At the same
time it require that auto should have the better safety and reliability. Diesel
engine — as the heart of the auto — once has broken down, which should lead
to the vehicle broking down on the way , even cause the vehicle damaged and
people died. As we all know, pump being looked as the heart of the diesel
engine whose safety and reliability are direct to affect the safety and
reliability of the diesel engine. Therefore the safety and reliability of the
pump became the focus of the pump factories. We could through failure
analysis to raise the quality and reliability of the ponents.
The purpose of mechanical failure analysis was finding out the cause
of mechanical failure, analyzing the responsibilities to the mechanical failure
and giving the improvements and preventive methods. Through which can
