振动力量训练对跳远运动员下肢肌力变化影响的实验研究

摘要
寻找有效的提高人体肌肉力量的训练方法,一直是各国运动训练专家和教练员关
注的焦点,也是运动训练的重点和难点。振动力量训练作为一种新兴的力量训练方法
以其能够用较小的负荷有效地提高肌肉的最大力量及爆发力而受到越来越多国内外
专家的关注。
本研究通过文献资料法和专家访谈法,获取了国内外大量关于振动刺激训练的
文献资料和信息,为本研究的实验设计及结果分析提供充分的理论依据;通过实验法,
采用( 模式)振动训练台对首都体育学院跳远专项二级运动员进
行振动力量训练振动频率为。经过四周和七周系统的力量训练后,利用
等速测试训练仪器对受试者髋、膝、踝关节屈伸肌群进行等速力量测试,
将实验前中后各项指标的变化情况进行比较分析,实验研究表明:
.振动力量训练能在同等负荷条件下,对发展跳远运动员髋关节、膝关节和踝关节
屈肌的最大力量效果明显(),伸肌效果不明显。
振动力量训练在发展运动员的快速力量上,除膝关节屈肌表现明显外( ),
其他均未表现显著性差异。
在发展肌肉力量耐力方面,髋、膝关节表现明显(),踝关节表现不明显
;在发展肌肉协调性方面,除膝关节变化明显外(),髋和踝关节均
未表现出显著性差异。
.从实验前、中、后的环比增长系数来看,不同阶段对不同关节产生不同的影响。
有的关节在前四周训练中肌力变化的较明显,有的关节则在后三周训练中表现了显著
性的变化。

Abstract
Looking for effective training methods of muscle strength has been always the focus
of every national experts and coaches of sports training, which is also the training
emphasis and difficulty. The vibration strength training is a new method of strength
training,which gets more and more concerned by the characteristic that it can buildup
muscle strength with less load.
Based on referring to literature and interviewing experts,this research gains a lot of
literature about vibration training at home and abroad ,which provides adequate theoretical
foundation in the experimental design and results of analysis; through the experimental
method, We used the JET VIBE (ETS-900N model) vibration training plat, to do stimulate
vibration strength training on Long Jumper from the Capital Institute of Physical Education;
the vibration frequency was 35HZ-40HZ. After eight weeks of system strength training,
used the ISOMED 2000 ic equipment to test subjects` hip, knee and ankle flexion
and extension, and pared and analyzed the indicators of muscle strength testing
befored、during and after the experiment, we got these following conclusions:
1. With the same load condi
