摘要
随着跨文化交际的日益频繁,对大学生跨文化交际能力的调查和
研究变得非常必要。为深入调查中国非英语专业大学生跨文化交际能
力的现状,本文通过有针对性的实证研究和系统分析对其进行了概括
和总结。
本文以 266 名学生为主要研究对象。他们来自 8 所高校,其中既
有部属院校,也有地方性大学,文、理、工、师范各科均有,较具代
表性。对学生跨文化交际能力的调查采用了跨文化交际能力测试试
卷,并借助了统计软件 SPSS 对数据进行处理分析。研究的最终结果
表明:非英语专业大学生跨文化交际能力的整体水平较低,且个体差
异较大。
本文同时通过问卷调查收集了部分教师对文化教学的看法,结合
对学生的实证调查材料,进一步揭示了大学生在跨文化交际方面存在
的问题,提出了外语教学中培养大学生跨文化交际能力的有效对策,
并从教学大纲制定、教材编写、课程及测试设计、教学方法等多个方
面对文化教学的改进和完善提出了有针对性的建议。
本文为中国学生的跨文化交际能力研究提供了新的实证数据的
支持,并对外语教学中如何加强文化教学、增强学生的跨文化意识、
以及提高学生的跨文化交际能力提供了相应的意见。文章还从新的角
度提出了对待亚文化及第三国文化的方法,对我国外语教学中的文化
教学具有一定的启发和参考作用。

Abstract
With munication growing increasingly all over the world, the
research and investigations of students’ petence have
e quite necessary and important. Based on empirical research and systematical
discussions full of pertinence, this thesis has inquired into and made generalization on
the current actuality of petence of Chinese
non-English majors.
266 Chinese non-English majors from different departments of eight universities
participated in the investigation. Test papers were employed as instruments of the
investigation to explore the overall level of the students’ municative
competence. The collected data were then analyzed with the help of the statistical
software SPSS. The ultimate results indicated that the municative
competence of Chinese non-English majors has remained at a fairly low level, and
there exist great individual differences.
Some teachers’ perceptions on current culture teaching in foreign language
teaching in China were also collected through self-made questionnaires. Combining
