【摘要】目的：研究分析治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎的临床治疗效果观察。方法：此 次研究的对象是选择2012年1月-2015年1月收治的218例慢性盆腔炎患者。 将其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析，并采用随机分组方式分为治疗组和对照组, 每组各109例。其中对比组采用常规药物治疗，治疗组在此基础上使用盆腔炎治 疗仪。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：%。治疗组 %。治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义 (P<)。对照组复发38例，%；治疗组复发7例，%。
治疗组复发情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论：盆腔 炎治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎具有显著的治疗效果，是一种方便、高效、稳定的治疗方 法，联合常规药物治疗可显著提升治疗疗效，且对绝大部分患者有效，应作为慢 性盆腔炎的常规治疗手段。
