[摘要] 目的 实验观察丹参通脉胶囊对Wistar大鼠血小板聚集功能、组织型纤溶酶原激活剂（t-pA）及其抑制物（PAI）活性的影响，探究丹参通脉胶囊对缺血性脑血管疾病的治疗机理。方法 于2009年1—4月选取Wistar大鼠48只，随机分为4组，分别为空白对照组、丹参通脉胶囊2 g·kg-1组、丹参通脉胶囊1 g·kg-1组、血塞通片54 mg·kg-1组，每组12只，对比研究各组大鼠的血小板聚集功能;于2009年5—7月选取Wistar大鼠60只，随机分为5组，分别为空白对照组、模型组、丹参通脉胶囊2 g·kg-1组、丹参通脉胶囊1 g·kg-1组、血塞通片54 mg/kg-1组，每组12只，对比研究各组大鼠组织纤溶酶原激活剂（t-PA）及其抑制剂（PAI）的活性。結果 运用丹参通脉胶囊的小鼠血小板聚集功能M丹参通脉胶囊2 g·kg-1组为（±），丹参通脉胶囊1 g·kg-1组为（±），均低于空白对照组（±）（P<）。丹参通脉胶囊2 g·kg-1组和丹参通脉胶囊1 g·kg-1的小鼠t-pA活性分别为（±）IU/mL和（±）IU/mL均高于模型组的t-pA活性（±）IU/mL（P<），其PAI活性分别为（±）AU/mL和（±）AU/mL均低于模型组的PAI活性（±）AU/mL（P<）。结论 丹参通脉胶囊能明显降低血小板聚集率，抑制血小板聚集功能，并能明显增强t-PA活性、降低PAI活性，且与用药剂量相关。
