文档介绍:摘要本毕业设计说明书主要讲述对手机后盖进行模具设计的过程。通过对塑件的工艺分析,设计出塑料模具。本论文首先简单介绍了模具设计与分类,然后对产品材料性能作了介绍,并初步选择注射机。本说明书还详细叙述了模具结构方案,包括确定分型面、成型零部件的结构设计、斜顶内抽芯机构、脱模机构、合模导向机构、冷却系统等等的设计过程。还有重要零件的工艺参数的选择与计算。校核注射模与注射机的关系等。本设计主要是通过使用 CAXA 与AutoCAD 完成装配图、零件图。此次毕业设计综合了大学四年来所学的专业知识,从而进一步巩固了模具设计方面的相关知识,并积累了相关的设计意念与经验。 The graduation project on the brochures of the main mobile phone back for the die design process.
