文档介绍:I 毛豆脱壳机械设计摘要:毛豆具有很高的营养价值,深受人们的喜爱,而且还能补充人体必需的蛋白质营养,是一种在各方面来说都很有价值的蔬菜食品。随着现如今国际机械化的高速发展,人工毛豆脱皮费时费力,大大阻碍了毛豆价值的发挥与农民收入的提高,毛豆脱壳机的研制正是在这一基础上提高毛豆脱壳率,增加人们直接食用洁净无污染的豆子而构想的。高效率的毛豆剥壳可以大大提高毛豆运输,包装,冷藏等等步骤的效益,大力推进农业的现代化发展。通过参考国内外各种主流脱壳机,研究其核心原理,革新其数据构造,来设计一种更加广泛适合我国基本国情的毛豆脱壳机。并对核心装置轴辊进行了新的设计,从而开发出一种更加高效的毛豆脱壳机。关键词:毛豆脱壳机;高效;轧辊 II Soybean hulling machine sheller Abstract : Soybean has very high nutritional value , deeply people ’s affection and also essential protein nutrition isa in the beans are valuable vegetable rapid development of nowadays international mechanization , artificial soybean peeling is time- consuming and laborious , greatly hindered the marketable value of play and the e of the farmers raise and development of soybean hulling machine ison the basis of the improved soybean hulling rate , increase food for people clean without pollution beans soybean hulling can greatly improve soybean transport , packaging , refrigeration and soon steps of benefits, and vigorously promote the agricultural reference to the domestic and international mainstream sheller , it has to study its key principles , reformof the data structure to design a more suitable for China ’s basic national conditions of soybean the core shaft roller device for a new design , to develop a more efficient soybean sheller. key word : Soybean sheller; Efficient ;R oll III 目录摘要..............................................................................................................................
