内地企业香港上市研究分析
摘要
随着香港国际金融中心和我国经济金融合作越来越深入内地
企业赴港上市也成为目前内地企业融资中的重要手段之一因此考
虑赴港上市的利弊也成为目前非常关注的课题
本文在借鉴前人研究的基础上从香港国际金融中心的现状出
发说明其特点与优越性提出了香港台背景
文章也讨论了我国内地与香港的经济金融上互为补充的关系调
研了目前内地企业赴港上市的现状从而总结并评价了赴港上市的四
种模式为内地企业赴港上市提供了可行的优化选择
文章详细比较分析了赴港上市时香港主板和创业板之间的差异
并以托普和裕兴的案例生动说明了进行股权资产和业务重组后上市
的操作技巧
文章从内地企业融资困境出发强调了赴港融资拓宽了融资渠
道并以在香港上市和在内地上市作详尽比较细致分析了赴港上市
的利弊提出了赴港上市是目前较好的选择这一观点并以香港和其
他国际金融中心作比较说明了其优越性所在提出了境外上市选择

An Analysis on the Chinese Enterprises
Listing on Hong Kong Market
ABSTRACT
As the economical and financial relationship between the mail land
China and Hong Kong international financial center getting more and
more closely, listing of securities on Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE)
is now one of major financing measures for the enterprises in mail land.
Hence, listings on HKSE are of great concern for the researchers and
entrepreneurs in main land.
Based on the work of former researchers, the paper analyzes the
characteristics and advantages of Hong Kong international financial
center. Further more, the paper put forward that Hong Kong financial
market is an excellent platform for IPOs.
Also, the paper discusses the plementary economical
relationships between the main land and Hong Kong. On the survey of
the main panies listed on HKSE, the paper summarizes the four
models of listing of securities on HKSE for the main land enterprises.
